TEPP helps people with disabilities buy specialized equipment in order to use basic telephone services.

Telecommunications Relay Service

Wisconsin Telecommunications Relay Service ​(WTRS) is a free communication service that provides full telephone accessibility to Wisconsin citizens who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or those with a speech disability.

Internet service providers offer a variety of discounted options based on your location and eligibility. The Finder can search and provide a list of options available to you. ​

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The ACP is projected to run only through April 2024. Households currently enrolled will continue to receive their ACP benefit through the end of the program. Learn more here​​.​
