Telecommunications Relay Service Program
Wisconsin Telecommunications Relay Service (WTRS) is a free communication service that provides full telephone accessibility to Wisconsin citizens who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind or those with a speech disability.
The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is responsible for the administration of WTRS and ensures that the program meets or exceeds all operational, technical and functional minimum standards identified in Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
