Digital Equity Outreach Grant Program

​Overview

The Digital Equity Outreach Grant enables eligible entities to apply for funding to conduct outreach and engagement activities to inform state planning for digital equity and broadband. This program is funded through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, also known as the Infrastructure Act or Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. 

Digital Equity Outreach Grants will support eligible entities who are able to deliver informed insights into digital equity needs and opportunities among Wisconsin’s covered populations to inform state planning. ​

Who is eligible to apply

Eligible applicants for Digital Equity Outreach Grants include any entities that serve or represent a covered population as defined by the application instructions and Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), excluding government entities from eligibility. Entities that have a history of successfully engaging covered populations, regardless of whether they identify as digital equity organizations, are eligible to apply to for funding.
