In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 196.374.(3)(e), the Commission is required to prepare an annual report that should include the expenses of the Commission, utilities, and program administrators in administering or participating in the programs, the effectiveness of the programs in reducing demand for electricity and increasing the use of renewable resources owned by customers or members, and results of the required audit that measure the performance of the programs against the goals and targets set by the Commission.
