Broadband Planning

Broadband planning is a key component of the work of the Wisconsin Broadband Office, as well as other stakeholders such as internet service providers, local communities, and more. Broadband planning can include forming a coordinating committee, crafting goals and a vision, establishing leaders, working with data and maps, investing in infrastructure, prioritizing digital equity and inclusion, and creating a robust network of stakeholders and involved parties. Broadband planning can also happen at many levels and include local, state, and federal players.
