Damage Prevention

Wisconsin natural gas operators submit damages to their facilities t​o Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) annually. These can be viewed on PHMSA's page for Wisconsin Damage Prevention Information. Operators submit additional data about their facilities which can be viewed on PHMSA's Gas Distribution Annual Report.

Incidents

An incident is defined in 49 CFR §191.3 as a release of natural gas from an operator's system resulting in a death, a serious injury, significant property damage, significant gas loss, or a significant emergency event.
