Open Meetings and Hearings
- PSC hearings will be held on the first floor in Room S105 adjacent to the first floor lobby. Those wishing to attend or participating in a PSC hearing should allow at least 15 minutes before the scheduled hearing start time for parking and making your way to Room S105.
- Use the entrance located across from the parking garage. Upon entering, check-in at the security desk on the first floor adjacent to this entrance and proceed to Room S105. You will need to sign in but because the hearing room is in an area accessible to the public, a visitor access badge is not required to access the hearing.
Appointments
- Allow up to 15 minutes before your meeting for parking and making your way to the PSC reception desk on the sixth floor.
- Use either the main entrance of the building (east facing entrance across from the grassy area) or the employee entrance (across from the parking garage) and follow signs to the security desk near the elevator lobby.
- Check in at the security desk on the first-floor lobby near the elevators and receive your visitor access badge.
- Scan your badge and enter through the security turnstile leading to the elevators
- Once in the elevator, scan your visitor badge and press sixth floor.
- Once on the sixth floor, the entrance to the PSC Suite and Reception area is directly adjacent to the elevator lobby. Please enter the suite doors and check in at the reception desk
Hand-Delivery of Filings
- The PSC uses the Electronic Records Filing (ERF) System for the receipt of filings. To the extent paper copies are required to be served on the PSC, you do not need an appointment to make hand-delivery of documents or parcels.
- Follow the instructions above for appointments to locate the PSC reception area.

In Madison: Travel west along University Avenue, turn left onto Segoe Road. Turn right onto Sheboygan Avenue. Enter the driveway for the parking garage. Once in the parking garage and to access the Hill Farms building, exit through the northeast doors by the elevators, cross Madison Yards Way, and access the main entrance located on the east side.

From the West/Middleton: Travel east along University Avenue, turn right onto Whitney Way. Take a left onto Old Middleton Road. Madison Yards Way is the 2nd road on the right. Guest drop-off is available at the front of the south entrance as well as access to the north entrance to the parking garage. Once in the parking garage and to access the Hill Farms building, exit through the northeast doors by the elevators, cross Madison Yards Way, and access the main entrance located on the east side.

From the Beltline (US 12/14): Exit north onto Whitney Way. Drive 2 miles and take a right onto Old Middleton Road. Madison Yards Way is the 2nd road on the right. Guest drop-off is available at the front of the south entrance as well as access to the north entrance to the parking garage. Once in the parking garage and to access the Hill Farms building, exit through the northeast doors by the elevators, cross Madison Yards Way, and access the main entrance located on the east side.

Walking Paths: There are two walking paths – one from Sheboygan Avenue along the west side of the parking garage connecting the Sheboygan Avenue bus stop to Madison Yards Way and building access. The other is off Old Middleton Road, past the loading dock area and around the south tower.
Guest Drop-off and Pick-up: Anyone dropping off or picking up persons at the Hill Farms building will need to use the building’s south entrance across from the parking garage. Drivers will access this point by taking the Old Middleton Road entrance at the northwest corner of the building and following it around to the south entrance. The road dead ends so drivers must turn around just past the drop-off point and exit the way they came or enter the north entrance to the parking garage.

Parking
Vehicles, Motorcycles and Mopeds
Parking is available on neighborhood side streets and in the seven-story parking garage conveniently located across from the north and south towers of the Hill Farms building. The parking garage is open for public access from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- There are two entrances and exits to the parking garage – one on the north and west end.
- Parking garage stalls for visitors are located on the ground and 1st floor of the parking garage.
- Visitor stalls are labeled.
- Handicap visitor parking is located on the ground floor of the parking garage. There is also limited, free handicap visitor parking at the front of the Hill Farms building.
- Mopeds should be parked in the parking garage. Mopeds may not park in the bicycle rack areas.
Parking Rates
For visitors, those wishing to attend open meetings or hearings, and those with scheduled appointments, there will be an hourly parking fee after the initial 30-minutes free period. The parking fee is paid by credit card only at the exit or at the pay station at the first floor parking garage elevator lobby.

Free bike parking is available in two locations, including:
- Covered bike racks in the ground level, northeast corner of the parking garage
- Open bike racks by the east side entrance of the Hill Farms building
