11. Are revenues from Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) assessable?
Wis. Stat. § 196.206(1) subjects all interconnected VoIP revenues to Universal Service Fund, telecommunications relay and telecommunications trade practices assessments, as well as the police and fire protection fee. Interconnected VoIP revenues are not subject to remainder assessment.
