This annual report program is primarily used by competitive local exchange carriers for preparation of the 2007 OTH annual report. Although the statutory due date for these reports is April 1, the deadline for this year has been extended to May 1, 2008.

Alternative telecommunications utility providers (resellers (RES) and cable television telecommunications service providers (CTV)) as well as commercial mobile radio service providers (CMR), interexchange carriers (ARW), and OTH – No Activity in Wisconsin providers do not use this program; instead these entities use the Web Other Telecommunications Annual Report Program
