This annual report program must be used by the incumbent Local Exchange Carriers to pepare the 2007 annual report. Although the statutory due date for these reports is April 1, the deadline for this year has been extended to May 1, 2008.

Telecommunications resellers and other telecommunications providers classified as alternative telecommunications utilities do not use this program.

Program Fix: 04/08/08
Access Usage (pg 25) and Service Data (pg 27) schedules should have confidential indicators if the utility has 3 or fewer exchanges. These indicators are missing. Click here to apply fix.
