Save the following file to the C:\PSC\OTHTEL folder, overwriting the existing file.  NOTE:  This file has a TXT extension, you must change the extension to PBD when you save the file.

OTH_FIX.TXT save as OTH_FIX.PBD   - When creating a new report the Services Offered and Communities where Basic Local Service is offered to New Customers schedules will not populate. 1. Close the Annual Report Program. 2. Save the file to the C:\PSC\OTHTEL folder, overwriting the existing file.       NOTE:  This file has a TXT extension, you must change the extension to PBD when you save the file. 3. Open the Annual Report Program. 4. On the main screen highlight the report to correct. 5. From the menu bar, click Admin, Apply Database Fix.   6. Click the Populate Services Offered Schedule button. 7. Click the Populate Communities where Basic Local Service is offered to New Customers schedule button. Repeat as needed for each report.
