Program Fix (04/08/08)
Save the following file to the C:\PSC\TARSV2003 folder, overwriting the existing file.  NOTE:  This file has a TXT extension, you must change the extension to PBD when you save the file.

TARS_FIX.TXT save as TARS_FIX.PBD Utilities with 3 or less exchanges. Access Usage (pg 25) and Service Data (pg 27) schedules are supposed to contain confidential indicators if the utility has 3 or less exchanges. These indicators are missing. 1. Close the Annual Report Program. 2. Save the file to the C:\PSC\TARSV2003 folder, overwriting the existing file.       NOTE:  This file has a TXT extension, you must change the extension to PBD when you save the file. 3. Open the Annual Report Program. 4. From the menu bar, click Admin, Apply Database Fix.   5. Click the Fix Confidentiality on Access Usage (pg 25) and Service Data (pg 27) button. This fix corrects all the 2007 reports. It only needs to be run one time, but can be run multiple times without causing any damage.
