The Investor-Owned Utility Annual Report System (IOUARS) is used by investor-owned electric and gas utilities to prepare their Annual Reports. The standard filing deadline is April 1.

Notice (April 5, 2012)

IOUARS release 3.11 is now available for download and installation. A list of enhancements is available below. There is only one installation option for this release: Client-Only Installation. If you already have IOUARS ver. 3.10 or higher installed on this machine or will be using a 3.10 or higher database already installed on a server, you may choose to just install the 3.11 Client-only version. If you are installing on a new machine and do not already have the 3.00 or higher database available, you must first install the ver. 3.10 Full Installation with Database.

IOUARS release 3.10 is now available for download and installation. A list of enhancements is available below. Please note that you have two installation options for this release: Full Installation with Database, or Client-Only Installation. If you are installing in a networked environment and already have the version 3.00 or higher database in use on a shared server, you may choose the Client-Only Installation. If you are installing on a new machine and do not already have the 3.00 or higher database available, please choose the Full Installation with Database.

(19.9 MB)	IOUARS ver. 3.11 Client-Only Installation      Client-only release that installs the IOUARS programs. Depends on a prior installation of ver. 3.00 or higher with a valid database file.
