Version 3.06, 3/6/09
The Investor-Owned Utility Annual Report System (IOUARS) is used by investor-owned electric and gas utilities to prepare their Annual Reports. The standard filing deadline is April 1.
Notice (March 6, 2009)
IOUARS enhancement release 3.05 is now available for download and installation. A list of changes is available here. Please note that this is a client-only installation and requires that you first have version 3.00 or higher installed.
This release is not mandatory. For the Major utilities, there are some ease-of-use changes. For the Non-major utilities, this release will be needed if you will be reporting data in the bottom portion of page F-14.
Notice (January 22, 2009)
Unless problems are encountered that necessitate an upgrade, the current version of the IOUARS (ver. 3.05) will remain in use for this year's reporting process. If you already have a functioning version of the program installed and you are at ver. 3.05, there is no need to reinstall the software.
You may verify your installation release number by starting the IOUARS application, clicking on the Help menu, and selecting "About...".
If you are currently at release level 3.03 or 3.04, it is recommended that you install the 3.05 client upgrade (below).
