Every two years the PSC provides a report to the legislature on the agency’s
activities including rate and construction cases, new and continuing programs and
priority projects.

Holding Company Audits
State law requires the PSC to audit public utility holding companies periodically
and report the findings of the audit to the Legislature. The reports describe the holding
company system and its impacts on the utilities it holds, on ratepayers and on investors.
Telecommunications Infrastructure and USF Reports
The PSC reports every two years on telecommunications infrastructure in Wisconsin
from data collected from incumbent providers and competitive providers.
The USF report documents and evaluates USF activities.
