Energy Efficiency
Funding is provided for state and local government energy efficiency programs, including residential, commercial, and industrial retrofits, home weatherization, demonstration projects, and rebates on energy efficiency appliances.  Some of the additional funding will be deployed through the State’s existing Focus on Energy program, but local communities and Indian Tribes are eligible to receive assistance directly.
