Annual Reports
Regulated utilities are required to submit annual report data to the Public Service Commission. Select Annual Reports to take you to “Annual Report Programs” to choose between either the “Telecommunications” or the “Water, Electric, Gas and Sewer” forms.
Complaints
The PSC can help resolve disputes with utilities regarding electric, natural gas, telephone, and water service. File a complaint with the PSC.
ERF System
The Electronic Regulatory Filing (ERF) System provides for the electronic filing of documents and online access to documents already submitted in formal cases before the Commission.

This link begins the process for filing municipal or small private utility electric rate changes.
Fall Reconnection Report
Wis. Admin. Code §§ PSC 134.0623 and PSC 113.0303, require all gas and electric utilities to file a report with the Commission by November 15th of each year stating the number of dwellings assumed to be occupied where service remains disconnected as of November 1st or later and the reason that service has not been reconnected.
PCAC
Electric utilities that purchase power from a wholesale supplier are allowed by statute to pass through these changes in the cost of its power as authorized in the Power Cost Adjustment Clause (PCAC) tariff. Utilities may submit their monthly PCAC report.
PWAC
Water utilities that purchase water from a wholesale supplier are allowed by statute to pass through these changes in the cost of its water as authorized in the Purchased Water Adjustment Clause (PWAC) tariff. Utilities may apply for a PWAC.
Simplified Rate Case
The Simplified Rate Case (SRC) is a simple and convenient means for municipal utilities to adjust water and sewer rates. This is an inflationary type increases that helps utilities maintain rate continuity so that customers benefit from smaller, more frequent rate changes. Utilities may apply for a SRC.
