Tips for Resolving Your Utility Complaint

1)  Contact your utility.  The PSC is required to give the utility the opportunity to resolve your concerns before a complaint can be investigated.

2)  Have all relevant information regarding your complaint readily available when you contact your utility and the PSC.  This includes all contacts with the utility, bills, disputed information, etc.

3)  When contacting your utility and the PSC, remember, the person you’re talking to didn’t cause the problem but may be able to help resolve it.
