Approved Specialized Telecommunications Equipment For TEPP
(Updated December 2009)

The types of telecommunication equipment approved for purchase using a TEPP voucher is in the following pdf file (37 kb). Customers are responsible for the $100 co-payment with the exception of those customers using a hard-of-hearing voucher and those customers that have received approval for TAP (Telecommunication Assistance Program). The equipment is listed by disability categories.

Equipment not on this list may be covered, but will require preapproval and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any “promotional groupings” that include both TEPP approved equipment and non-approved equipment will be covered only if the price of the package is less than the cost of the TEPP approved items purchased separately at the manufactured suggested retail price (MSRP).
