The Public Service Commission does not guarantee the accuracy of information found in this database. The data is simply extracted from what is provided to us by utilities in their annual reports. Caveats
1.	The statutory due date for annual reports is April 1 of the following calendar year. Data may not be available for a particular entity if the annual report has not been filed with the Commission.
2.	Some annual reports may have been filed manually with the Commission and are not included in this database. Use this link to view the public versions of these manually filed reports in PDF format.
3.	The information does not include associated footnotes, if any, and only reflects publicly available data.
4.	Some LECs (e.g., Citizens Telecommunications Company of Illinois, Qwest Corporation, Verizon North-Illinois Operations, Verizon North-Wisconsin Operations, and the 11 cooperatives) are not required to complete all or part of particular schedules in the annual report.
5.	The information represents that filed by the individual LECs.
6.	The information and number of LECs displayed may be affected by the schedule (or table) in the annual report database being queried.
7.	All dollar amounts and telephone calls & minutes of use per month are reported in thousands. (For example: 130,000 is reported as 130.) Data reported in thousands will be denoted by (000's) in the column header.
8.	Actual amounts are shown for Outside Plant Statistics - End of Year and Service Data - First and End of Year.
