Public Service Commission of Wisconsin - Records Management Unit (RMU)
Responsibilities
RMU is responsible for greeting customers, distributing mail, and receiving, screening, categorizing, and routing all filings. The Records Management Unit also prepares the Master File Copy for all cases and records all filings in the Case Management System. RMU assists customers and staff with document retrieval and research, and is responsible for the security of all confidential filings. Finally, RMU process all Notices, Orders, and other outgoing mail for the Agency, and ensures that all mail is properly prepped for delivery by the postal service to all concerned parties in each case.Mailing address & Contact Information
