Under §.16.753, Wisconsin Statutes, created by 2005 Act 410, each state agency reports information about contracts, purchases, change orders, and requests for bids and proposals of $10,000 or more in the current fiscal biennium to the Ethics Board. The Ethics Board has established a one-stop Internet location called Contract Sunshine where citizens, the press, vendors, and others can learn about current procurement activities.
